Tag Team Nation, LLC (“Tag Team Nation,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the websites https://www.tagteamnation.com and https://tagteamnation.com and related services, products, subscriptions, digital resources, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Services, including when you: 

  • submit an intake form or request information, 

  • purchase a subscription or resource, 

  • schedule a call, 

  • join or participate in our Slack community, 

  • receive marketing communications, 

  • interact with our ads and tracking technologies. 

By accessing or using the Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy. 

Important separation statement: Tag Team Nation, LLC is a separate legal entity from Tag Lending Group, LLC. Any data collected on Tag Team Nation websites is handled under this Privacy Policy unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

  • Sensitive Personal Information” has the meaning under applicable privacy laws (including CPRA), such as precise geolocation, login credentials, and certain government identifiers (when collected). 

  • Processing” means any operation performed on information (collection, storage, use, sharing, etc.). 

  • Service Provider” / “Processor” means a vendor that processes information on our behalf under contract.

A. Information You Provide

We may collect Personal Information you submit to us, including: 

    • Identifiers: name, email, phone number, business name

    • Contact details: mailing address (if provided) 

    • Business-related details: your business goals, marketing needs, lead details you submit, intake form responses, notes from calls 

    • Account details: login or membership information (if offered) 

    • Communications: messages, emails, chat content, support requests 

    • User-generated content: testimonials, reviews, and community posts (including Slack posts, if you participate) 

 

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect: 

    • Device and browser info (IP address, browser type, OS, device identifiers) 

    • Usage data (pages viewed, clicks, time on site, referring URLs)

    • Approximate location derived from IP

C. Payment Information

If you make a purchase, payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Shopify/Shopify Payments). We do not store full payment card numbers. The processor receives your payment details directly and processes them under its own privacy policy.

These third-party providers process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies, contractual obligations, and applicable privacy laws. Where required by law, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws, non-essential cookies, advertising technologies, and third-party tracking tools are enabled only after appropriate user consent is obtained. 

Tag Team Nation, LLC does not sell personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. Users may manage cookie preferences, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain data sharing at any time through the cookie control panel or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. 

 Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. There is no universal standard for DNT. We respond to DNT where required by applicable law and where our systems support it. You may also opt out of targeted advertising using the options below. 

 

Sharing and Disclosures 

We may disclose Personal Information: 
    • Service Providers that support our business (hosting, analytics, CRM, email delivery, scheduling, support tools, payment processors).

    • Advertising and analytics partners to measure and optimize campaigns (subject to your rights and choices).

    • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security incidents.

    • Business transfers include mergers, acquisitions, financings, reorganizations, or sales of assets.

We do not “sell” Personal Information in the traditional sense for money. However, some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly to include certain disclosures related to advertising technology. Refer to the California section for our approach to addressing this.

We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary for: 

    • Providing the Services,

    • Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and purpose. We may retain and use aggregated or de-identified data for a longer period, where permitted.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for using secure devices and networks.

California Privacy Notice (CPRA) 

This section applies to California residents and supplements the policy above.

In the last 12 months, we may have collected:

E) Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes that require a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link, except as necessary to provide Services and maintain security. If we begin using SPI in a way that triggers the limitation right, we will provide the required mechanism. 

 
F) California Consumer Rights

You may have the right to:

    • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we collected 

    • Delete Personal Information (with exceptions) 

    • Correct inaccurate Personal Information 

    • Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising

Contact us as described in the last section below. We will verify your request using reasonable methods appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. 

 
H) Authorized Agent

You may use an authorized agent to submit requests. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification. 

 

Other U.S. State Privacy Rights (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, etc.) 

If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights similar to California, including access, deletion, correction, and opting out of targeted advertising. You can exercise these rights through last section below. 

We will honor opt-out preference signals where required and supported (for example, Global Privacy Control, where applicable).

These providers process information under their own privacy policies and our contracts where applicable.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information. 

 

Children’s Privacy 

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. 

(If you truly want to block under-18 users for business reasons, we can keep the “under 18” restriction as a policy rule, but COPPA language must still reference under 13.)
